What we collect and why

• Name and email address when you request the Momentum Guide or use the Returner Readiness Check — used to follow up personally and to send requested resources.
• Coaching conversation content is processed in real time via the OpenAI API. Conversations are not stored by KJD Elevate after your session ends. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for how they handle API data.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest and, where you tick a consent box, explicit consent. You may withdraw at any time by emailing us.

How we use your data

Your name and email are used only by Krish Dholakia at KJD Elevate to follow up on your session or send requested resources. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Form submissions are stored securely via Netlify Forms. We retain contact data for up to 24 months from your last interaction.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email kjdelevate@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
