This tool uses OpenAI's GPT-4o mini model to provide AI-assisted coaching conversations. Your messages are sent to OpenAI's API and processed on their servers. No conversation data is stored by KJD Elevate. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy for how they handle data.
We do not collect, store or share any personal data from AI coaching sessions. Sessions exist only in your browser memory and are deleted when you close the tab or reset the session. If you choose to leave your email address at the end of a session to receive a momentum guide, that email address is submitted securely via Netlify Forms and used only to send you that material and any directly related follow-up.
This site uses a single localStorage entry to remember your light/dark mode preference. No tracking cookies are used.
